This is all my fault. The permissions were not set on
the "required-software" directory such that I could write
to it at the time of the release. So, I was forced to
create a new directory "needed-software." I've since gained
complete access to "required-software" but haven't deleted
it for fear of confusing anyone. (I should've figured
duplicates are worse than an absent one, I guess [grin].)
