bltGrAxis.c problem

Hello all

My apologies if this is a bonehead question.

I am starting a little late in getting swarm set up to start playing with it.  I
have just got heatbugs to compile, but when I try to run it I get the following
output:

swarmprojects/heatbugs>heatbugs
heatbugs: bltGrAxis.c:1724: LayoutAxis: Assertion `labels <=axisPtr->numLabels'
 failed.
IOT trap                

What do I need to look at to solve this?
