emacs and objC?

my emacs doesn't seem to en-color my *.m files, and
doesn't do much to my objC *.h files (import lines are blue).
Does anyone have handy suggestions for what I should
get/install/use to get better high-lighting, etc, for ObjC?  
(I use a pretty plain emacs 19.28.2).

Also, any suggested ObjC books?  
All I have 2nd edition of Cox and Novobilski.
