Problem with windows

I am the italian phd student who has written before about the problem 
with windows 95.
Here you are more informations:

I tried to compile simpleCBug example (directory tutorial) this is the 
result:

gcc -c -g -O2 -Wall -Wno-import -Wno-protocol -Werror   -DAPPNAME=bug 
-DAPPVERSI
ON=2.1 address@hidden -DDLL  -I/Swarm-2.1/include main.m
make: *** wait: Invalid argument.  Stop.
make: *** Waiting for unfinished jobs....
make: *** wait: No children.  Stop.

The directory of Swarm is:
C:\Swarm-2.1 

and I modified the makefile in such way:

ifeq ($(SWARMHOME),)
SWARMHOME=C:\swarm-2.1
endif
APPLICATION=bug
APPVERSION=2.1
address@hidden
OBJECTS= main.o 
include $(SWARMHOME)/etc/swarm/Makefile.appl

main.o: main.m
