Swarm Development Group has been accepted as a Mentor Organization again
in Google's Summer of Code program. This means that Google will pay
student programmers to work on Swarm or Swarm-related software this
summer, under the mentorship of a senior Swarm programmer. Participation
is not limited to US students.
Please forward this information to anyone who may know qualified student
programmers who might be interested. In 2007 Google funded two students
to work on SDG projects and this year there are likely even more
opportunities.
Information on Google SoC is at: http://code.google.com/soc/2008/
Information on applying to work on Swarm is at:

Google will start accepting applications on March 24.
