It is too late now to engage in GSOC 2024.
However, if you mean you would like to engage in the development of some
GNU program, out of the GSOC program, then the first question I would
have is: what kind of development you would enjoy doing?
GNU is vast, and we have many different kind of projects. Each project
has its own development community.
