[gnu-soc] I would like to participate in your project

Hello,

I'm Hector Steve, Hi, I'm Hector Steve. I would like to participate in GSoC and I came across your project proposals. 

I was particularly interested in the LilyPond project. I would like to participate in this project because it combines two of my passions (programming and music) but I would like to have more information about it. I studied robotics so embedded programming (C/C++) I know it quite well and recently I started a course on ALX where we learned a lot about software engineering. I have basic knowledge in C, python, bash, git/github, html/css and some assembler. Do you think I will be able to get by easily on the project? I'd really like to get into this project and I'd like to hear your opinion about my skills. You can also look at my github (H3c7o4) to see how I am doing.
