GNU/Hurd project idea

Hello,

Although the GNU/Hurd project does have its own list of project ideas,
there is one that I would like shown on the GNU GSoC 2015 page [1],
if you don't mind.

You can find the description on our wiki [2]. Extracting the text
shouldn't be too hard.

I'm willing to mentor that project, of course. Samuel (Thibault),
could you serve as a backup mentor for this ?
