[IMPORTANT] Midterm Evaluation Reminder

Dear GNU/GSoC mentors and students,

so far we have less than half the students + mentors evaluations for the
GNU GSoC projects posted to Melange.

Please remember that the midterm evaluation deadline is approaching. The
earlier you post it the better, since you mitigate the risk of missing
the deadline because of any random circumstances and you can still come
back and modify it if you change your mind about something.

Please note that Google won't make payment to students until this
evaluation is on file, so it's imperative that all mentors and students
have it filled by the posted deadline of 15th July 2011 19:00 (UTC).

And the deadline is a deadline. There is *no way* one can fill an
evaluation after the deadline, no matter why they missed it.
