Yes, we are done. I am submitting the form right now. We have roughly 2
hours left, so if there is anything I can still change it.

There is only one (big) problem: we don't have the link id for the
backup admin. I failed to get a reply from who was supposed to be one. I
cannot submit the form without that.

Any volunteer? Please send your link_id. We may be able to change that
later.
