Hurd Application Template

Hi,

This is a bit late, but could someone please add a note to the top of
the application template, going something like this:

   If you want to apply for one of the Hurd projects, please use the <a
   
href="http://www.gnu.org/software/hurd/community/gsoc/student_application_form.html";>Hurd
   GSoC application template</a> instead.

I spent considerable time on creating this template; and I believe it
helps us to better identify promising candidates...
