Hi folks,

With the student deadlines reached, we've got scoring enabled now.

Just a reminder: the actual scores themselves are _not_ important. At
the moment, they provide a rough ordering of priorities; when we know
our allotted number of slots, they'll be used to place proposals above
or below the "accepted" line. That's _all_ they're for.

With that in mind, please try to avoid rating proposals too highly.
Since we're all sharing in the scores/slots, if there are many proposals
that are rated highly, it just means that the other GNU sub-projects
will have to click a few extra times to get _their_ favorite proposals
into the "accepted" bin.

So, if you like a proposal, but it's already got a pretty decent score,
it's probably best to avoid adding your own additional +4.

This is my personal preference, maybe Karl will chime in with better
instruction.
