[STUMP] [PATCH] Fixes for input.lisp

Here are a few fixes for input.lisp.

Which, removed cons from input-handle-key-press-event;
draw-input-bucket change it to use a loop instead of map.
And input-handle-selection-event place in an  unwind-protect.
