Language selection in speechd-el

Sorry Milan,

I understood my stupid mistake : defining a voice without
language property is not obtained by setting the string field
to blank which means that the parameter is set to the empty
string corresponding to nothing, but by disabling the check box
infront of the language parameter : then it works as expected
or at least as I expect !

Regards

Pierre
