Hi!

The attached patch adds support for the these Makefile variables to 
sks-1.0.9:

bindir [2]
datarootdir [2]
exec_prefix [2]
INSTALL [1]
INSTALL_DATA [1]
INSTALL_PROGRAM [1]
man8dir [2]
man8ext [2]
mandir [2]
prefix [2]


The variables PREFIX and MANDIR are used if set, but prefix and mandir 
take precedence.
