Er---maybe I haven't been paying attention, but when I got Skencil from CVS
and tried to run setup.py it gave all errors, which is logical as there's no
line saying python should be used (#!/usr/bin/python), although the file is
set to executable.
Have I missed something or should this simply be fixed?
