How to compile current version (1.1.0) of simulavr?

Hello everybody,

I could not find the source tarball of the current version (1.1.0) of simulavr.

Then I went to the git repository. But there I could not find the bootstrap
and the configure scripts to use the traditional way for setting the build
directory, install prefix and whatever.

Any hints how to generate the configure script?

BTW: subsribing to the mailing list errors out with:

   There was no hidden token in your submission or it was corrupted.
   You must GET the form before submitting it.
