We have discussed this a bit [1]. The matter is that the scripting
interface exposes all simulavr internals, so any change may break
users' scripts. And I feel the simulator is far from being ready. I
have a lots of ideas I would like to code. (However my will to
contribute to F/OSS relies heavily on quality of my tools.)
However some kind of "technology preview" release would be fine for
me. If users understand that we guarantee nothing now.
