Ajuda - mensagem

Boa dia. Sou novo integrante do grupo e espero muito aprender ne contruibuir no 
que for possível. De início já vou pedindo uma ajuda.

Gostaria de saber como poderia estar mandando uma mensagem da máquina que estou 
para a máquina de destino. Por exemplo a mensagem seria  bom dia

1)uso sistema operacional solaris 9
2)a máquina de origem está num solaris 9, com vários usuários
3)a máquina de destino é um solaris 9 ou windows
4)preciso que a mensagem no destino seja no formato de uma janela pop-up
5)o destinatário (que não está na máquina de origem) não está logado na máquina 
de origem

obs.: pesquisei muito na internet e em manuais sobre algo semelhante e achei 
somente banner. Existiria alguma opção do banner que me permitiria colocar o ip 
de destino (solaris ou windows)?

Good morning. I am new user of this group and I hope learn too much and 
contribuite with my knowladge as soon as possible. I will begin with a question.

I would like to know if is possible sending a message in the machine that I am 
logged to a destination machine. For example , the message is good morning.

1)I use OS solaris 9
2)the origin machine is a solaris 9, with various users
3)the destination machine is a solaris 9 or windows
4)I need that the message of destination be in pop-up format
5)the receiver (that is not in the origin mahine) is not logged in the origin 
machine

ps.: I search too much in internet and printable materials about something and 
I only found banner. Is there any option of banner that allow me put ip of 
destination (solaris or windows)
