How to use Binding for arrow keys/Tabs etc

Hello,

I would like to bind
C-a n to C-<Right> (OR C-<Tab> )
C-a p to C-<Left> (OR C-<Shift>-<Tab>)

This would help me cycle through windows back and forth.

I did not find enough examples in the manual to understand how to do that. My hit and trial with bind command fails asking for ASCII code of the key in octal.
I'm familiar with vim map, screen bindings work differently it seems.

Thanks,
Praveer.
