Customizing screen (titlebar and caption)

I am looking to have my screen setup as follows:
The title-bar of my xterm should contain the Xterm title for the window
The bottom line of screen I'd like to have a list of my open windows by
name/number.  Preferably with some kind of color coding.

How can I do this?
