yeah, i can imagine.
i think you're right that it's quite the hassle, still key placement of
backtick
allows for trivial switch to buffer mode as well
as `1, `9 like '1<enter>, and without overwriting the last command history.
that's another one... is there anyway to scroll through previous commands
in the command history? (e.g., i like very similar, but different long title
names..)
