Add screen-256color terminfo definition

[Nikolai Weibull]

Could we perhaps add the following terminfo definition to the standard
screen distribution?  The only difference are in colors, pairs, setab,
and setaf.  I don’t know if the pairs number is right, but it’s what
xterm-256color uses,
