A fine question indeed. Most people would say that you should copy
the /etc/bashrc to ~/.bashrc and delete the two lines. Traditionally I
believe that's what was done to create the first bashrc however nowadays
people tend to simple source it as redhat is doing. I believe the old way is
better but it's a complete side-topic
