Details:

There is a <sched.h> system header that got shadowed by "sched.h".
While Screen itself doesn't include <sched.h>, other system headers might
include it indirectly. This broke the build when using uClibc with pthread
support.

To fix this build failure, we have patched screen for nearly 6 years in
buildroot with
https://git.buildroot.net/buildroot/tree/package/screen/0005-rename-sched_h.patch

You'll find attached an updated version of this patch.
