Subject: [screen-devel] [bug #57551] man page says C-a \ to quit, but C-a C-\ is what actually does quit

Follow-up Comment #1, bug #57551 (project screen):

There's a related oddity related to the unbinding in the etcscreenrc example
file that ships with 7.4.0. That file contains this:

#remove some stupid / dangerous key bindings
bind ^k
#bind L
bind ^\
#make them better
bind \\ quit

However, C-a C-\ still does quit (with a prompt), and C-a \\ does nothing.
Commenting out the bind ^\ seems make no difference.
Perhaps I'm just not understanding how bind is supposed to work even after
reading about it.
