Details:

I first submitted this bug in
https://bugs.archlinux.org/task/40091

I found that some ncurses programs such as dialog display abnormally when run
in GNU Screen 4.2.0(see the attached file). After some test, I found out when
I launch screen in zh_CN.UTF-8 locale, the problem will arise, and if I launch
screen without
my system locale like 'LANG= screen', there's no problem.
