[screen-devel] [patch] [resend] SGR (1006) mouse reporting support

Hi all,

In the year before last, I sent a patch which introduces SGR mouse tracking 
feature into GNU Screen.

After that, some terminals (such as putty, libvte, console, minty, iTerm2, 
tmux, ...etc) and 
console applications (such as vim, emacs, midnight commander) supports SGR 
mouse tracking.

I think this is important feature, so now I send it again with updating to 
current git HEAD
and adding some small improvement.

Can someone review it?
