Hi all,

I am a BoardGameGeek and as I was browsing https://boardgamegeek.com I
found some implementation of games which are only there on the site
(nowhere else).

These are actually pretty famous and good rated games, and some are even
done with original graphics so look extremely good

https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/63628/manhattan-project (unlicensed;
original graphics; C source code available; Win-Binary runs with Wine 6.0.1
no prob)
https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/35677/le-havre (asked the developer to
repackage for Linux - he will get back to me; original graphics; Java
source code not available at the moment, I will ask down the road;
Win-Binary runs with Wine no prob)
https://www.boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/118/modern-art (no code at the
moment; lower quality graphics but ok; Win-Binary runs with Wine no prob)
https://www.boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/12/ra (no code at the moment;
graphics resembles original and ok; Win-Binary runs with Wine no prob)
https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/5/acquire (unlicensed; graphics
resembles original and ok; C source code available; Win-Binary runs with
Wine no prob)
https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/9217/saint-petersburg (not clear at the
moment, in discussion; graphics resembles original and ok; Win-Binary runs
with Wine no prob)
https://boardgamegeek.com/boardgame/22345/yspahan (not clear at the moment,
in discussion; graphics resembles original and ok; Win-Binary runs with
Wine no prob)

So, my intention is to bring these games to Linux Users as wide as
possible, that's why I came to you with hope that it will stream to most
Linux distros and not be bound to one.
Some have potential to be ported to native apps, some perhaps only to be
run on Wine, so my questions for you are:

1) Can I host the Unlicensed code in your repository?
2) If for some games, source cannot be obtained, but only permission to
distribute .exe for Linux, would it be ok to host the game in that sense?
3) Are there any other topics I should take into consideration?

Thanks in advance
