[Savannah-users] Two questions

Hi all,
I've just released my new project at http://www.nongnu.org/galois/ .
Can you please help me with two things:

- I've uploaded the source tarball at nongnu.org. I'd like to upload
it also to the Savannah download area,
http://download.savannah.gnu.org/releases/galois/ . Can you please
tell me how to do that?

- I'd like to announce my project so that people get to know it exists
(and maybe even try it!). Can you please suggest any web sites/mailing
lists/other communication channels where I could post the
announcement?
