Hi there, 

ZenTao has a free edition which is totally free as an open-source version. We
don't have any limitations for users' numbers and the core features are all
there, and I am going to upload the free packages in Savannah.

And since in china, our license is not exactly the same as GPL-compatible, but
we do have our own license which you could take a look at here, 
http://zpl.pub/page/zplv12.html

I have uploaded many free version packages on open-source platforms like
OSDN(https://osdn.net/projects/zentaoalm/) just a few days ago, I am really
looking forward to uploading the packages here and increase our exposure.
