== Description: ==
A few small desktop utilities under development in tcl a user might find
useful in their non-mainstream GNU setup, such as e.g. a standalone WM, or a
system without pulseaudio.

In this project I intend to include tools such as: a pnmixer alternative for
non-pulseaudio systems or a keyboard layout indicator and manager.
I attach currently the only more-or-less usable utility, one that should help
non-GNOME users set default applications for categories of files rather than
formats. Its only has two dependencies, the lightweight tcltk and the
omnipresent grep.
