Well, /that/ was big a challenge for me. For some hackers, it certainly looks
trivial, but it took me a long time to finally achieve it!

I think every non-trivial file in my tarball now does include a copyright
holder and a correct license notice.

There still be some small distribution-related bugs to resolve (described in
TODO file) but I don't think they will prevent the submission of this package.
