Thank you; please check other files as well (I haven't yet).

a little problem with GPLv2+, so I can modified the license to GPLv3+ in

I'd like to clarify two points:

* why every actual license may be switched to the GPLv3+
* what requirements of the GPLv3 apply to those files, and how your tarball
fulfills them
