==== Description: ====
A minimal implementation of the MimbleWimble blockchain in Rust. Bitcoin
introduced the first incarnation of the concept of a blockchain with its
corresponding cryptocurrency. MimbleWimble is an extension of the original
idea but provides much better privacy and scalability characteristics. The
main concept is described here:

Because MimbleWimble itself relies on a simple yet robust cryptographic
construct (Elliptic Curve Cryptography) we aim to keep that simplicity goal in
mind. It's also our belief that bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies crumble
under the weight of complexity and technical debt. Our goal is to have a clean
implementation that many can review, learn from, and build upon.

==== Other Software Required: ====
byteorder - MIT -
rust-crypto - MIT & Apache v2 -
tiny keccak - CC 1.0 -
rocksdb - BSD -
mioco - MPL 2 -
