Previously there was on project for the code and one project for the documentation.

I have merged them both into one file.

I have also addressed the lack of copyright statements in the files dlisp/*.el

The latest version of the tarball is java-training-wheels-2.3.tar.gz

I can't see that the issue I raised with copyright notices has been solved.  I
linked to guidance on this before.  Please review in particular the dlisp/
directory.    Other areas may need work; if you have questions, please come
back to me.

Please also comment on why two projects are required, and the purpose of each
one.
