Follow-up Comment #2, task #13930 (project administration):

I've added the requisite copyright statement and license notice to all source
code files. 

I have added somewhat different notices to these files in scripts/:
 interfaces.txt
 hosts.txt
 fstab.txt

I am not the author of these files, they are copyright the Debian Installer
Team as I copied them from
https://www.debian.org/releases/wheezy/amd64/ch04s03.html.en



I hope these changes are satisfactory ☺
