Hello,
Thank you for submitting a new project to host on GNU Savannah.
To comply with the savannah hosing requirements, all source code files must
have a clear copyright statement and license notice:

http://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/HowToGetYourProjectApprovedQuickly/
Please add a copyright statement to all files (the perl modules and test file
contain the GPLv3+ license notice, but not a copyright statement).
Please upload an updated archive to continue the submission process.
