Hello,

Thank you for submitting a new project to host on GNU savannah.

To comply with the savannah hosing requirements, all source code files must
have a clear copyright statement and license notice:
http://savannah.gnu.org/register/requirements.php 
http://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/HowToGetYourProjectApprovedQuickly/

Few files do not have copyright/license information, for example:
  CMakeLists.txt
  cmake/vala/ParseArguments.cmake

Please add copyright/license information to all files.
For small files, you might prefer the GNU all-permissive license:
http://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/License-Notices-for-Other-Files.html

There are several non-source files (e.g. PNG,JSON,desktop,nix,sag,blend) - if
it's possible to embed copyright and license information inside the files (as
comments or metadata) - please do so.
If not - please add explicit copyright and license information about these
files in your README.md file.
