Hi Pawel,

Well, the contest for finding a GPL-licensed theme was a complete failure (I'm
probably responsible for), so no great news on this side.

OTOH, I've found a GPL-licensed theme on the net¹, but has it own set of
problems and cannot be used "as is" (PNG, two versions).

Additionally I'm not having much time because of RL (fortunately is just too
much work), so all I can ask for is patience :)
