Hello Daniel,

Thank you for submitting a new project to host on GNU Savannah.

Project hosted on GNU Savannah must comply with the following requirements and
guidelines:

There are few issues that needs to be addressed:

1. Many source code files (cpp/h files) do not have any copyright information
or license statement.
Please add copyright and license information in the source code files.

The most straight-forward way is explained here:
  http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html

2. For non-source code files (such as CMakefile.txt), it would be beneficial
to add a copyright statement,
and an all-permissive license, as explained here:
https://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/License-Notices-for-Other-Files.html

3. For files that do have license statement in them,
it seems multiple licenses are used.
Example:
 ./bulmages/bulmalib/src/emailaddress.cpp - LGPLv2.1-or-later
 ./bulmages/bulmalib/src/blmonthcalendar.cpp - GPL2 only

I have not investigated all files - but review all the source code files and
ensure which licenses are used - to verify they are compatible.
Note that if you use a file which is GPL 2.0 *only* (and doesn't have an "or
later" statement),
then the resulting project is GPL 2.0 only - not "GPL 2.0 or later" - this
might have other implications for your project -
for example it is not compatible with files under "GPLv3 or later".

4. There are many non-source files (e.g. HTML, PNG),
Please add copyright information and license about these files (e.g. in a
README file).

5. In a file named "./bulmages/README.en", under section "Specific or non
freed code",
it seems there's an implied permission to use your code (which is GPL) to
build plugins
for customers but keep them private without releasing the source code.
This is tricky situation and might be in conflict with the GPL license.
Please clarify this issue.
