Thank you for submitting a new project to host on GNU Savannah.

Submissions should be made in English.

Additionally, projects hosted on GNU Savannah must comply with these hosting
requirements:
  http://savannah.gnu.org/register/requirements.php
  http://savannah.gnu.org/maintenance/HowToGetYourProjectApprovedQuickly/
At the very least, they requires adding copyright and license statements to
your source code files.
Please also list (in English) any required libraries, and their licenses.

It seems the source code file you've provided mentions another author name,
and the year 2001 - please ensure that you have the appropriate copyright and
licensing information (i.e. - if this code was written by someone else -
ensure they released it under a Free Software license).
