Dear Assaf,

Thank you for your quick response.
I've added copyright statements to the files listed in your reply.

I want InklingReader to become official GNU software, but it's still 
under evaluation.
Could it be reviewed as a non-GNU package and later (if accepted) 
become an official GNU package?

Good to hear GPLv2+ is compatible with GPLv3+!
