Filius is an educational software for computer networks. It is possible to
create networks from computers, ethernet switches, ip switches, and modems
virtually. The software simulates several applications and the underlying
protocol stack.

It facilitates informatics/computer science in secondary school throughout
Germany and parts of Netherlands. Supported user languages are German and
English.
