This C-library aims to help in accessing libcapi20 under Linux-systems.

For specifications about CAPI 2.0 check the download section of
http://www.capi.org/. Other useful specification are Q.931, Q.850 and
ETS 300 083. They are available on http://www.itu.int/ and www.etsi.org/.

The example programs are just for playing around with the wrapper library.

The library and example programs of my software package need an installed
libcapi20. It can be any implementation of a libcapi20 according to CAPI 2.0.
Therefore I did not mention libcapi20 in the dependencies window.
