GPU overclocking (not officially supported feature for secondary use) requires
non-free AMD Catalyst driver only due to lack of support in free driver
(external to this project). ASIC/FPGA mining (primary use) has no such
limitations.

ZTEX FPGA driver is licensed GPL-2 which is conflicting with project's overall
GPL-3 license. Primary authors have agreed to relicense as GPL-3+, but actual
relicensing is waiting on a minor contributor (whose code can be removed in
the worst case scenario)
