Follow-up Comment #4, task #12244 (project administration):

I cannot make my first commit. I get the following error:

git remote add -f origin address@hidden:/srv/git/ftpsync.git
Updating origin
X11 forwarding request failed on channel 0
fatal: '/srv/git/ftpsync.git' does not appear to be a git repository
fatal: The remote end hung up unexpectedly
error: Could not fetch origin

I have selected Git in:
https://savannah.gnu.org/project/admin/editgroupfeatures.php?group=ftpsync

Could it be that git.sv.gnu.org:/srv/git/ftpsync.git needs to be created?
