Hi,

thanks for submitting your project to Savannah! I checked your tarball and
noticed the following things:
* You added copyright notices to the cfg files but they lack the standard
writing. Please take a look at
https://www.gnu.org/prep/maintain/html_node/Copyright-Notices.html to see how
copyright notices are commonly written.
* The license headers need also adjustment. On
https://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-howto.html you can read how it's best to
write license headers. It's important that you don't forget to include the
saying "either version 3 of the License, _or (at your option) any later
version_." which is currently lacking in your license headers.
* The image files in your tarball need also copyright and license notice. You
can either include it directly in the image file (as a comment) or specify
copyright and license in a README file.

Please update your files and upload a tarball once more so I can look over it
again.

One more thing: You submitted your project specifying GPL v2 or later as your
project license. The tarball contains a GPL v3 license however. Since it's
your project you can choose to either create the project with GPL v2 or later
and change your files and the license file specifially to say/contain GPL v2
or later or the project will be created with GPL v3 or later.
