==== Description: ====
Dynzip is an experimental meta compressor. It works as a filter like "cat |
gzip | cat", but instead of the user selecting the compression level, the
level will be adjusted while running.

If the pipe receiving data from Dynzip is blocked, Dynzip will spend the time
compressing the data harder.

The actual compression will be done by existing tools (lzop, gzip, bzip2,
lzip) and may be extended in the future.

The prototype is written in Perl, but the production ready program may have to
be ported to a compiled language.
