The possible problem with the ISC license is it may be interpreted as
being nonfree because of it wording, as explained in
http://www.gnu.org/licenses/license-list.html#ISC.

The document you referred seems to talk about permissive licenses in
general without specific bias towards the ISC license or something
else.  Is there a particular reason because you chose the ISC license
instead of another permissive license?.

I'm asking you to change to a similar, but clearly worded license just
to avoid unlikley but still possible misunderstanding according to the
GNU page comment about the ISC license.
